Ingredients
- 1 cup of rice
- 2 tablespoon of oil
- 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon of chopped ginger
- 200 grams of sliced Button Mushroom
- 1 sliced capsicum
- 2 tablespoon of curry masala
- Salt
- Soak the rice in water for about 15 minutes after washing it
- Heat the oil in medium temperature
- Add the chopped ginger and cumin seeds
- Stir it for sometime
- Add the capsicum and the Button Mushroom
- Continue stirring
- Flavor it with the curry masala
- After the ingredients are blended completely and before the mushroom releases water, Add the rice after draining the water
- Keep stirring the rice till it becomes clear and the mushroom becomes dry after releasing the water

- 1 litre of milk
- 3/4th cups of water

- Add garam masala and turmeric and stir it
- Mix the paste of the ginger, ginger and cashew nuts and cook for about 2 minutes
- Add milk, yogurt and water and boil it
- When the gravy starts to thicken, add the chopped potatoes. Cook for 4 minutes
